If you are working toward a high school diploma at any institution other than MU High School, we require the signature of your school counselor or principal when you enroll in an independent study course.

Advanced Placement Courses:

As part of your online advanced placement course, you will be required to participate in online chat rooms and/or e-mail discussion lists.
We must have signed permission for you to participate in these activities. Please complete the Advanced Placement Permission Form, including the appropriate signatures and e-mail address, and return to MU High, by mail or fax.
Transcript Request:

Note: In order to send a transcript we must have a written request including a signature.
Please complete the Request Official Transcript Form for High School, Middle School, or Elementary Coursework. You may type in the appropriate fields,
print the page, sign the form, then mail or fax it to us. There is no charge for High School, Middle School, and Elementary transcripts.

Dual Enrollment:
Dual Enrollment students cannot receive discounted educational fees through our online enrollment system.
Interested students need to complete a Dual Enrollment Application Form. Students must submit the paper application form by mail, fax, or in person. The Dual Enrollment Application FormIncludes all of the information you need to get started in the Dual Enrollment program.
